12:43 pm	food icon... i know....not many people give a damn shit about it but i feel like i need to explain. also, the latest entries were kinda gross so i wanted to talk about something different. that little cup is a traditional turkish tea cup that comes with the saucer(so that you don't burn your hand). by the way, our tea is always hot. anyway, the bread/donut type of thing is called "symitt". right behind it is kind of an aged mozarella cheese. all the way back, you see more "symitt". it is never sweet. it tastes like italian bread(not like the ones that they sell at the grocery stores; i'm talking about REAL stuff). when i was in college, me and my friends used munch on symitt and have couple cups of tea with it, in the mornings of course. what matters is that you are spending time with your friends, enjoying the same stuff the same way. it's so sad that i couldn't find symitt in the states. of course, some of those dirty arab stores/bakeries sell them but they don't taste like anything worth two cents... that's it for now. at least i updated my journal... one last thing before i finish... a prayer: God please bless those children of mine with good spelling skills. only Thy can help them.
